Term: 2023 – 2026

Kay is a long-term resident of the Southport Neighbors Association community, moving close to Wrigley Field in 1982. She and her husband purchased their building in 1985. Kay became active in local politics and issues beginning in 1986-87 when Wrigley Field was petitioning for lights, night games and concerts, and neighborhood bars requesting 4 AM liquor licenses. Since then, other neighborhood issues that sparked her voice of concern were Wrigley’s expansion proposals and neighbors rezoning requests. Kay has been an avid supporter of SNA since its inception, and recently accepted the opportunity to work on its behalf.
