There are so many reasons to join Southport Neighbors Association – here are just a few:
- We are an advocate for our neighborhood, its residents and businesses
- We provide representation to the Alderman’s Community Directed Development Council and the Lakeview Citizens Council
- We send our members emails about crime, local issues and events
- We provide a forum for neighbors to voice their opinions and vote on topics such as liquor licenses and zoning changes
- We provide you with opportunities to get involved in the community and meet your neighbors
- Your support helps us offset the cost of operating expenses, and allows us to plan events and make contributions to our community
What are the membership types & how long are they valid?

| Business Member | Any proprietor, age 18 or older, of a business within SNA's boundaries, or any property owner, age 18 or older, who owns property but does not reside within our boundaries. | 1 vote Business members must designate one individual to represent them. | $15 |
| Non-Voting Member | Any individual, age 18 or older, who lives outside SNA boundaries. | None | Same as above |
Memberships are valid for 1 year upon receipt of payment. We’ll send you an email reminder when it’s time to renew.
