Indigo & Violet Studio is a Chicago-based venue for craft workshops, parties, and events, focusing on unique and modern handmade projects taught in a relaxed studio environment. Our mission is to empower both novice and experienced crafters to feel confident exploring their creativity and artistic expression. We work in a variety of mediums – paint, paper, yarn, flowers, and wood to name a few. No matter the project, our goal is for all guests to leave with a new sense of pride along with their beautifully hand-crafted piece. To help get the creative juices flowing, all events are BYOB.

We also partner with local makers who are experts in their fields. We love to collaborate with artisans who are in search of a venue or a workshop as a way to connect and teach their followers about their craft. Our Lakeview venue is also available to rent for your next offsite meeting, networking event, team-building or creative activity.
