The first of many that we would like to introduce is Scotch Hill Farms, new to our market this year.  Scotch Hill farmers Dela & Tony Ends raise more than 100 varieties of organic vegetables and herbs. They deliver 8 to 10 varieties weekly to subscribers, for 20 weeks each season.  The cost is a $28 per week for the season, which starts the second week of June & runs through October.  This is the 6th year the southern Wisconsin farm couple will deliver produce to Chicago. For even more information check out their website www.scotchhillfarm.com or call Tony & Dela Ends at 608- 897-4288.

Back for a second year is Grass Is Greener Gardens is nestled in the valleys of Southwestern Wisconsin.  Using sustainable and organic methods, they raise lamb, chicken, eggs, produce, herbs and cut flowers.  CSA subscriptions are available for chicken, lamb, beef, honey, yogurt and cheese.  Go to www.grassisgreenergardens.com for info on their CSA program.
